Wachusett Mountain is a popular ski resort in New England that attracts people of all ages and levels. With its day and night skiing, the mountain wanted to substantially grow their learn to ski/ride program by empowering beginners to make Wachusett their ski and snowboard go-to.

The Ascent360 Solution

The Wachusett marketing team and Ascent360 developed a comprehensive, omni-channel ‘Learn to Turn Program’ that runs continuously and automatically by combining real-time data from engagements, rentals and lessons. The campaign offers text/email/direct mail discounts after completing either a 1- or 3-day lesson packages plus upgrade rewards to encourage the beginner to continue progressing at their skill level. The Ascent360 CDP also automates direct-mail reminder post cards delivered 14 days after the beginner returns home. Wachusett Mountain continues to enjoy success with the Ascent360 platform.
