Ascent360 seeks an experienced Client Success Manager to lead the ongoing management and overall success of our clients. The Client Success Manager is a key, client facing and high visibility role in our Operations and Services organization.  

Skills: 

  • Must be able to interpret and provide recommendations around marketing results and continually confirm the client’s investment is sound. 
  • Analyze omni-channel marketing results and make necessary adjustments to the communication plan to stay on goal. 
  • Database marketing expertise. 
  • Project/Program management. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. 
  • Ability to communicate with technical resources and business marketers with equal success. 

 Responsibilities:   

  • Help clients realize the full potential of our SaaS software in helping them grow revenue. 
  • Ensure client objectives are met by overseeing the development and execution of strategic marketing plans in collaboration with the appropriate subject matter experts and outside agencies if applicable. 
  • Work with clients on strategy, tactics, forecasts, budgets, projections, and performance metrics. 
  • Renew clients and up-sell where appropriate. 
  • Plan and lead account reviews as necessary. 
  • Executive-level engagement of existing and prospective stakeholders in constant dialog around how to improve their marketing results. 
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews.  
  • Participate in senior level discussions as requested.   

 Education: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

Experience: 

2+ years progressive experience in database marketing and/or account management. Experience with CDP/CRM solutions, email marketing a plus.

Salary Range: 

$75,000 – $110,000 based on experience.
