As Co-Founder & VP of Operations, Karen Buelter executes on the strategic vision and mission of the business. Leveraging a background in software sales, client success, operations and project management, she uses a cross-functional approach to implementing foundational processes such as the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). After starting her career at IBM, Karen has spent most of her profession founding, and/or helping grow, small businesses in the tech industry. Karen earned her undergraduate degree in International Business & German at the Terry College of Business of the University of Georgia and an MBA in Information Technology at the University of California, Irvine.
